What is SLES?

  • Work experience placements
  • Social and communication skills
  • Travel training
  • Time management and independence
  • Work readiness skills

Pathway to Open Employment, Supported Employment, Traineeships, or Further Study:

  1. Develop foundational employment skills through training and real-world practice.
  2. Explore different job types through placements.
  3. Build confidence, independence, and a personalised work plan.
  4. Transition to open employment, supported employment, a traineeship, or further study.
