Our Deer Park Hub

Deer Park is a warm, welcoming, and diverse hub where people of all abilities are supported with genuine care. We proudly work with participants across both high-care and lower-care needs, making sure everyone feels safe, respected, and included. Our staff are trained in clinical and behavioral support and take pride in their training and the quality of service they give.

Our culture is friendly, positive, and full of heart, staff and participants enjoy being here, and it shows in the way people connect and support one another. We focus on helping each person grow at their own pace, celebrating their strengths and encouraging independence.
